International Exposure

A postgraduate program at New York University (corporation law) and the admission to the New York bar in 2004 have laid the basis for an international exposure of the firm. The focus lies in counseling and representing domestic and foreign clients in cases that bear reference to overseas countries (Areas of Practice).

I am used to dealing with foreign law systems in close cooperation with law offices abroad in order to coordinate the interface with Austrian law. In particular, I am familiar with principles of the anglo-american common law system which has evolved to the dominating model setting the global standards for cross-border transactions and contracts.

Over the years, I could build up far reaching links to foreign lawyers practicing in major jurisdictions all over the world who can reliably and quickly provide assistance.
